    3. What's your returns policy?

    You can ask for a refund in 30 days of receiving the package. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised, or the products are malfunctional or damaged.

    But we won't do the refund if the products have been used for over one month warranty or used improperly or customers not checking the product descriptions carefully.
